If you're in the UK, order by 2pm on a weekday and your order will be despatched the same day (excluding Bank Holidays).
We send all our standard UK orders via Royal Mail 1st Class, which usually takes 1-5 working days.
Next Day Delivery is available if you are a UK customer and want a guaranteed next day service, simply select the option at the checkout.
Next day deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you’re in a rush and wish to guarantee next day delivery, as long as you order by 2pm Monday - Friday, simply select the ‘Next Day Delivery’ option and we’ll get the goods out to you the same afternoon, so they arrive the following day using the Royal Mail guarantee. Please note that if you order on a Friday you will need to select the 'Next Day Delivery - Saturday Guarantee' (Royal Mail Only) for Saturday morning delivery at an extra charge. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday are despatched the next working day.
*Royal Mail Official Comment Regarding Next Day Deliveries During COVID-19 Outbreak: For items posted from Thursday 19 March 2020 onwards, we’ll no longer guarantee deliveries by 1pm the next working day. We’ll still prioritise Special Delivery parcels and letters and will aim to deliver by 1pm or before the end of day. Resource implications of the continuing advice regarding coronavirus means we may always not be able to meet the customer promise of guaranteed next day delivery in all locations.
If you’re shipping your order to a UK address, we offer you free standard delivery via Royal Mail first class post which can take 1-5 working days for delivery. To take advantage of this offer, simply spend over £30 to qualify and select the free delivery option at the checkout.
No quibble returns
We have a no quibble returns policy because we know how important it is to you to ensure you get the right beads for your design. So, if the beads you buy aren’t to your liking for any reason, we’ll refund them for you without a fuss. Simply ensure they’re unused and in their original packaging and return them to us with a copy of your invoice within 30 days. To ensure safe return, please ensure that you wrap them in bubble wrap carefully, in a manner that will keep them from harm and return them via your local post office. Simply obtain a receipt from the Post Office as proof of posting. When we get the goods back in good condition, we’ll credit you and let you know.
Please note that if you are returning the full order, postage will not be refunded unless previously agreed with our Customer Service Team.
Order Queries - On the rare occasion that you have received an incorrect item or an item you have received is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the problem.
